At the Annual General Meeting in 2024, the auditing firm Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB was re-elected as the auditor for Crown Energy for the period until the end of the Annual General Meeting held in 2025. It was noted at the 2024 general meeting that Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB has appointed the authorized auditor Martin Johansson as the lead auditor.
